Whistleblower channel
The Browne Customs Agency Limited has established the following reporting channel for use by its collaborators and interested third parties (clients, suppliers, stakeholders, among others), in order to keep a record of the receipt and analysis of complaints, which may be related to irregularities or non-compliance included in Law No. 20.393, Law No. 21595, Code of Conduct, the Crime Prevention Model Manual and/or the Organization's Order, Hygiene and Safety Regulations.
For all complaints received, independent and confidential analysis will be ensured, without retaliation for those involved.
What kind of complaints can I file?
All complaints received through the channels provided to receive reports of complaints, whether they are received from clients, suppliers, shareholders, workers or stakeholders, whether direct or indirect, with an indefinite or temporary nature, with the exception of complaints related to matters of workplace harassment, sexual harassment and violence in the workplace, whose investigation procedure is regulated in the Agency's Internal Regulations on Hygiene and Safety Order.
